This is a great unit, it must be cemented in the ground but you can use removable sleeves so if you have to move you can take it with you. It is extra 15 per sleeve. The monkey bars go from 8ft down to 5ft if you want them shorter. It only takes basic hand tools to put together, the hardest part is putting it in the ground.
